The service
A bid purchases an opportunity to appear on a dynamic public leaderboard. It does not buy a guaranteed duration, number of impressions, clicks, sales, or permanent position. Ranking can change immediately when another bid completes.
Bid value and refunds
Every bid is a one-time payment and creates a fresh ranking value. That value decays according to the published formula. A full refund is initiated when a bid loses eligibility during checkout. Other purchases are generally final except where required by law or expressly approved.
Your submission
You confirm that you are authorized to promote the submitted URL and that it complies with the Rules. You grant LastSpot permission to display public metadata from that page. We may normalize the URL, refresh metadata, or remove unsafe or noncompliant listings.
Availability and liability
The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastSpot is not liable for indirect losses, lost traffic, ranking changes, or third-party destination content.
