Terms

Each accepted payment purchases online advertising placement: either ranking value on the public leaderboard or a fixed monthly sponsor link beside it. Every accepted payment receives the placement described at checkout, subject to these Terms and the published rules. The service offers no ownership interest, cash, financial return, or cash-equivalent reward.

LastSpot does not guarantee impressions, traffic, clicks, leads, engagement, conversions, sales, revenue, return on spend, rank duration, or permanent placement. Rankings can change immediately when another payment completes, a payment is refunded, reversed, or disputed, or live values decay.

Leaderboard ranking-value purchases are optional one-time payments processed by Stripe. LastSpot, operated by Talkabout Design, LLC, is the seller of the sponsored placement; Stripe is the payment processor and is not the merchant of record. The first payment creates a listing’s live value, and later payments for the same canonical URL add to the value remaining at that time. The combined value continues to decay by 5% daily under the published formula.

If a payment no longer clears the entry threshold when checkout completes, LastSpot initiates a full refund. Other completed purchases generally are final except where required by law or expressly approved. A refund, partial refund, payment reversal, or dispute removes the corresponding paid contribution from the listing’s ranking value.

Monthly links are recurring subscriptions billed by Stripe each month until canceled. LastSpot accepts up to ten active links and displays four at a time in a rotating area beside the board. The first launch buyer pays $50 per month, each later launch buyer raises the signup rate by $50, and the rate reaches a maximum of $500 per month. The rate accepted at checkout stays locked only while that subscription remains continuously active; a later signup is charged the then-current rate.

A monthly link is separate from leaderboard ranking value and does not change the linked product’s board rank. Links rotate at a regular interval, but no particular display order, share of impressions, traffic, or other result is guaranteed. A link remains eligible for rotation while Stripe reports the subscription as active, trialing, or temporarily past due, and is removed when the subscription is canceled, unpaid, paused, expired, or otherwise inactive. Customers may cancel through Stripe; cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the paid billing period. Completed subscription charges are generally final except where required by law or expressly approved.

On August 22, 2026, the separate Outbid & friends directory was merged into the single LastSpot top 100. Active directory entries were deduplicated by canonical URL. Their historical paid totals became live ranking value at migration time, their aggregate click counts were preserved, and that value follows the same decay formula as every other listing. Outbid.lol is a regular ranked listing and has no reserved position.

You confirm that you control the submitted product or X account and are authorized to list or promote it, and that it complies with the Rules and Stripe’s applicable prohibited and restricted-business requirements. You grant LastSpot permission to display its public metadata in a ranked listing or monthly sponsor tile. We may normalize the URL, refresh metadata, or remove illegal, unsafe, deceptive, unavailable, or noncompliant placements. Removal for a policy violation does not guarantee a refund.

LastSpot has no public accounts or registration. Free listings require a public X post that identifies the submitted product or account; a free X-account listing must be verified by a post from that same account. Paid listings may publish after successful payment without an X post. Verification does not grant payment or refund rights.

LastSpot may reject, hide, correct, or remove listings or verification that are misleading, impersonating, abusive, unlawful, or unsupported.

The service is provided as available and may be changed, interrupted, or discontinued. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LastSpot is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost traffic, lost revenue, ranking changes, third-party destination content, or outcomes that depend on visitor behavior.

These Terms are effective August 22, 2026. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, but an update does not retroactively change the ranking value already credited to a completed payment.
